Tools used to create sustainability include use of our own investment fund, SigEx Ventures, combined with structures that provide value, distribution of equity and a controlled exit strategy. This approach creates a level of sustainability that allows our project companies to control their own destinies. Projects are pre-funded for 12 to 18 months of operation through SigEx Ventures, providing investors opportunities for a high return on investment based on micro investment funding (small structures grow faster), and providing Foundry graduates with stable opportunities for growth.
